Balletski

Alesia is signed up to ballet classes. She starts next Sunday. We went to observe a class today and Alesia spent the entire 9o minutes dancing around the waiting area next to the open studio door. She instantly fell in love with a world where all the little girls have tutu's. She asked if she could wear her new ballet slippers to bed tonight (she forgot by bedtime). The girls in the class are all Mongolian, but Alesia will not suffer any language barrier as the teacher is Russian. So all of the girls stare hard at the teacher to mimic the movement. The mother of the girl who introduced Alesia to the classes can speak Russian, so she was laughing today when the teacher gave an instruction like "form a circle" and the girls all just stood there until the teacher physically moved them around. We hope that the ballet will give Alesia a creative outlet, as at the moment she is reduced to swimming in the bath.
