Seoul Stopover

On the way back to Mongolia we had to spend two nights in Seoul. Our hotel was in the centre of a trendy shopping district and was lit up like a scene from Bladerunner at night. We wandered around in -5C (just a practice for Mongolia) but felt very cold because we had no warm clothing with us at all. Coffee shops are everywhere. The girl's loved all the lights.

Our hotel was on the 19th floor of the building across from this one (I took the photo from the entrance). We all squashed into a twin room because hotels are so expensive. Even though we went for a cheap hotel it still cost a lot for the two nights.

They also have a lot of underground shopping. We managed to wander for an hour or so without coming up to street level. Then we found our way back to the hotel through little lane ways with interesting restaurants.
