Children's Day

On 1 June it was Children's Day in Mongolia. For the past two years the celebrations here have been canceled due to quarantine for some sickness or another, so this year it was a BIG party. It was 30 degrees and everyone celebrated the arrival of summer, the end of school (except for Alesia as her school had another 17 days to go). The big public square was packed with people and activities, pop bands performing on three different stages, official photographers advertising for significant family snaps... As usual, click on a photo if you want to see it bigger.

So I am a monk with a baby - what you gonna do about it?

Pop stars love puppies - I watched this guy perform as part of a boy band

"I'm too sexy for my shirt" - actually I kind of like the tattoo!
