Manly Visit

Now we are back in Mongolia I am going through the 1700 or so photos I took while in Australia. My poor old computer is struggling (it has a hard drive the size of my ipod, and is due to be updated this year) but I will get through all the editing eventually. While in Australia we spent a great 10 days catching up with friends and family in Sydney. We love to visit Manly, and were fortunate that my sister now lives there so we squashed into her place for a few days. We decided this time though that we don't want to live in Manly. Too crowded, and too expensive, but it is a fantastic place to visit. Here are some photos of what we got up to.

We spent one day catching the ferry over to the city and wandering the streets. We love the Queen Victoria building, and have a collection of family photos taken in front of the Christmas tree since Keira turned 1. So we added another to the collection.

I don't know who this couple is, but the water was shimmering in the late afternoon sun and I enjoyed being a paparazzo (I think that is the singular of paparazzi?) with my telephoto lens. They nicely posed for me too (at full size you can see they are holding hands).
